Donations for California International Trade and Investment Activities

Assembly Bill 2012, authored by Speaker John A. Pérez, allows GO-Biz or a partner non-profit organization to accept non-state moneys and private donations for operating any foreign office or for trade and investment promotion activities.

Payments for foreign offices or for GO-Biz organized trade and investment activities must be published within 30 days of receipt of funds. These payments are listed below.
